Orders received before 2:00pm PDT will be shipped out that day. If items are on back order, they will be shipped out when received. Our shipping and handling fee is a flat rate.
If you wish to add items to your order once it has been received and processed by us, then it will be treated as a separate shipment.
Orders cannot be shipped to post office boxes. These shipments will ship USPS only, as well as orders to Hawaii or Alaska.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Orders may be placed by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or Debit Card.
Homeopathic supplements cannot be returned. On other supplements, we accept unopened, unmarked bottles in resalable condition of most products to our office within 10 business days of your receipt of the items. To be fully credited for such returns you must call for a return authorization number and also please include the invoice or the invoice number as well as your name and the reason for the return. A 15% stocking fee will be charged for returned items. Perishable items are non-returnable.
Returns are to be sent UPS Ground or only. Any other means will result in no refund for the products as other shippers radiate the products.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
If you receive a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all its contents, and call us immediately with the invoice number. We will do all we can to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
If by chance an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will receive your order with that item on back order. You will be charged for your back order only when it is shipped. We will ship your back order as soon as it is available, usually within 5 - 8 business days.

We have two suppliers that do not allow their products to be sold on the web. They are Apex Energetics and Dr. Theresa Dale’s line of products, which include hormone creams as well as a complete line of products. There is a special order form that you must use to order these products. Simply print out the form indicating which items you are ordering with all pertinent information and fax to my office at 949-493-4877 or mail the form.
